1. Shipping Destinations
We ship our products exclusively to the following countries:
- Germany
- Austria
- Switzerland
- Liechtenstein

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process and are based on:
- Delivery destination country
- Weight and size of the order
- Selected shipping method
The exact shipping costs will be displayed transparently in your shopping cart and at checkout before you complete your order.
Free Shipping
Germany: Free shipping for orders from 100.00 EUR
Austria: Free shipping for orders from 100.00 EUR
Switzerland and Liechtenstein: Free shipping for orders from 79.00 CHF
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Germany: 2-4 business days
- Austria: 3-5 business days
- Switzerland: 4-7 business days
- Liechtenstein: 4-7 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery duration may vary depending on the shipping carrier and regional circumstances.
Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Liechtenstein.
4. Shipping Carriers
We work with the following reliable shipping carriers:
- DHL
- DPD
- Swiss Post
The specific shipping carrier is selected based on the destination country and the type of shipment.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your shipment
- Information about the shipping carrier
You can use the tracking number to monitor the current status of your delivery online at any time.
6. Delivery Issues
Missed Delivery
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier will typically leave a notification card with information about where you can collect your package or how to arrange a redelivery.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt for:
- Completeness
- Undamaged packaging
- Intact products

We will work promptly to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and complete. For deliveries to an incorrect address due to your erroneous information, additional shipping costs for redelivery may apply.
If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to redirect the delivery.
7. Undelivered Shipments
If your shipment does not arrive within the specified delivery time:
- Check the shipment status using the tracking number
- Contact us at support@tederm.li
- We will contact the shipping carrier and trace the shipment
For lost shipments, we will either send a replacement or refund the full purchase price.
8. Self-Collection
Self-collection is not possible for logistical reasons.
