Part A: Right of Withdrawal Notice

Preliminary Note

The following right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity.

Your Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken or have taken possession of the goods. In the case of orders with multiple items, the day of receipt of the last item applies.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us - TFK DermaCare GmbH, Landstrasse 117, 9490 Vaduz, Liechtenstein, Phone: +41 78 208 93 33, Email: support@tederm.li - by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, email, or other written form) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form or the withdrawal form on our website, but this is not mandatory.

The withdrawal period is deemed to be observed if you send the withdrawal notice before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we are obliged to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your withdrawal notice. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund. We are entitled to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You are obliged to return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for examining their quality, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of purchase contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal is not available to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract are outside the European Union.
